February’s Flavour of the Month—->  Cream Soda Macaron

This cool, refreshing little Mac arrived just in time for the Heat wave month of Feb! phewwwww !!

Inspired from my dangerous craving of Cream Soda for the past 2 weeks mixed with my love for macs and voila!! The Cream Soda Macaron was Born 🙂 ….. it really is the perfect summer treat!!

My launch week

Hello everyone!
I thought I should just give you all a few updates on how Lady Macaron has been doing since the official launch 2 weeks ago.
I really had such a great week of launching this past week and sold well over 600 Macarons in just 5 days!!

It was wonderful seeing my customers reactions towards my art (I like to think a Macaron is a bit more than just a baked cookie) it really is a work of art and the aesthetics are very important when it comes to these treats!

There are a few flavours fighting for the number one spot on the popularity poll, namely: Birthday cake, S’mores, Peanut butter and Jelly, Red Velvet and Bubblegum Milkshake.

In my opinion I couldn’t be satisfied with just one, its all or nothing if you ask me 🙂

Also had a wonderful time at The Lock Stock market (hosted at the Woodstock Exchange) 2 weeks ago where my brand was introduced into the Woodstock hood and it seemed to really take off and the response was seriously gratifying.

Seeing how people appreciate the hard work and effort which goes into making each individual flavourful Macaron and the many compliments I received were just very rewarding and motivating. Not to mention the compliments I received about my correct spelling of “Macaron” which made me laugh a few times over 🙂

If you’ve never tasted Macarons before, tomorrow is your lucky day:)
