I am a self confessed addict of these 2 sweet confectioneries and you are about to receive a very satisfying portion of macaron and meringue information consisting of recipes, special occasion tips and ideas, special edition monthly flavours, features of my favourite macaron and meringue patisseries abroad and the occasional posts of other bits and pieces..
I will have a launch day on Friday, the 6th September. You are all invited to come and test some macarons & meringues at Food Lovers Market (Icon Building, Cnr Loop Street & Hans Strijdom Avenue Cape Town). I will be there from 10:00 – 17:00.
I will be giving a box of 20 macarons away at the launch tomorrow. To be eligible for the free box, please subscribe to my newsletter . The first person to tell me in person that they’ve subscribed to my newsletter tomorrow, will receive a free box of macarons!
